As you might already have noticed via the TIO general website, last month we carefully took the first steps starting the robot welding of our products. One small step for man, one giant leap for TIO! In good cooperation with Valkwelding we chose a frame solution with two side positioning for the quickest possible setup time. With a frame size suitable for products until around Ø1000x 3000mm we cover a very large part of our product range. Just to name some big advantages: shorter leadtimes, reduced labour costs and a more consistant workflow and constant weld quality.
