Exhaust compensators, also known as bellows or expansion bellows are an extremely important part of your yacht exhaust system. Each exhaust system has to deal with vibrations, and even more important, with thermal expansion of the system due to the high exhaust gas temperatures. Good engineering on these points reduces the noise and vibration levels and can add years of lifetime to your system.
